INDICATION OF INTEREST:
WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE
The following Non-Binding "Indication of Interest" is intended to describe the potential services Hometown Wireless LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" is offering in the Lincoln County area and to provide the undersigned potential subscriber, hereinafter referred to as the
"Subscriber", the opportunity to indicate potential interest in subscribing to such services when such services may be offered.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
1. The company is considering offering a month to month, annual and/or multi-year agreement to
Subscriber to receive wireless Internet, Internet Phone services for a usage fee.
2. The Company is considering offering the Subscriber the opportunity to rent, lease or buy the antenna and equipment necessary for the Subscriber to receive the services contemplated.
3. The Subscriber authorizes the Company to contact said Subscriber at the company's sole discretion when the company chooses to offer wireless Internet services in the Lincoln County area. The Company agrees to follow reasonable business practices in contacting Subscriber.
4. The Company is currently offering wireless Internet services in Lincoln County for approximately 29.99 per month to residential customers and 39.99 per month to business customers. Hometown Wireless also offers residential phone service for $35.99 per month and business phone service for $40.99 per line. The Company also anticipates that such a rate would be accompanied by a one-time $50.00 activation fee.
I, the undersigned, indicate my interest, in subscribing for residential and or business service and authorize Hometown Wireless to contact me based upon this indication of interest when Hometown Wireless chooses to offer high speed wireless internet services in Lincoln County.
